“I never told my symptoms to a doctor over hours because doctors didn’t have time in Japan. Maximum 15 minutes. So I’m impressed a doctor was hearing my story and mind for half and an hour. I’m very appropriate and felt finally I can speak someone about by myself in the UK. Only difficult to concentrate on speaking because I had to wake up early morning after night shift before the day. I don’t want to give up I will get well one day.”

“My husband's 1st experience with catheter at home. Initially got no help from GP surgery, district nurses or hospital. Bladder and bowel were life savers felt like real people wanting to help. Marvelous organisation Thank you.”
