“This site helped me so much ,I was in a real low place feelings wise,really down until I came accross b&b It showed that your not alone and there is help,real help here I'd advise anyone trying to cope alone with the misery re bladder and bowel to join TYSM b&b *****”

“I never knew about bladder and bowel before I had a recent telephone call from a nurse linked to mesh clinic. Tracy, nurse, explained about the stress people have with incontinence and having to access a toilet. She gave me information how to contact bowel and bladder support where I was able to access key to disabled toilets and a card on my phone to help access a toilet while out shopping. I am now confident going out knowing I can access these facilities when I need them. Bladder and Bowel Community has given me some of my confidence back and I thank Tracy for all the information that I wasn’t aware of before.”

“I find the staff very helpful and detailed when asking and or giving information. Unfortunaetly, the length of time between appointment is too long ahead of time. This makes if difficult if one has to reappoint and go to the back of the queue. very dissapointing for break the streak.”

“I was very impressed with the speed and delivery of products to my chemist and the advisor took time to help me and her the correct products to suit me and assured me that I could phone at any time to review, change or add. Would definitely recommend to other users”
