“I was worried about going out after my radiotherapy treatment because of the side effects but knowing so many people have the same problems it's made me more comfortable especially with the emergency toilet download. It has freed my up.”

Hi there Judith, thanks for your feedback - and we agree! Achieving meaningful change like this takes years, but we're always working in the background to try to get more shops and venues to recognise the toilet needs of others. Please be patient and stick with us, we'll make change together :) In the meantime, we're usually well infored that larger high street shops like Sainsburys are very helpful. “Have been supplied pads and while they worked at first they started leaking. Was given a stronger pad to try but again it leaked. Was given a number to get pants to use with the pads and phoned to order them and paid over the phone. Told should be about a week for delivery but didn’t arrive so phoned again and told they are out of stock! Was given option to cancel or wait which I took the latter. Still waiting and that was 4 weeks ago!! Will need to phone again and ask what is happening.”
