“Have been supplied pads and while they worked at first they started leaking. Was given a stronger pad to try but again it leaked. Was given a number to get pants to use with the pads and phoned to order them and paid over the phone. Told should be about a week for delivery but didn’t arrive so phoned again and told they are out of stock! Was given option to cancel or wait which I took the latter. Still waiting and that was 4 weeks ago!! Will need to phone again and ask what is happening.”

“This service provides much needed support to those of us unfortunate enough to be, or have been suffering with bladder and b9wel issues. It can be a worrying time for sufferers, and to have access to the community support is invaluable. I have certainly found it to be a reassuring resource.”
