“I did not know about this service until my GP advised me that there was help out there for persons suffering from IBS. Having been refused using the toilet facilities in a hotel I really felt it was better if I just didn't go anywhere. Now with this card I'm starting to build up the courage to go out and hopefully shall not face the same rejection in the future. Thank you for providing this service and the information available on your site.”

“Was out with 2 of my granddaughters in shopping for Christmas and just about to go to desk and i felt pains in my stomach i knew i had to get to a toilet very quick as it comes on you so quick i ask a member of staff and showed her my card and she took me to a toilet i just made it as i have had bowel cancer and since then when this comes on you have to get to a toilet very quick so very glad i got my card thanks a million x”

“Thanks so much, my mam received her card and had to use it one day last week. Mam had been in a store and needed to use the normally public toilet facilities. An attendant was present and informed her the toilets are now only used for restaurant customers. Mam unable to wait quickly told the attendant she had a card but without it no doubt my mam would’ve had an accident. Thanks so much, mam feels more confident to go out.”

“I have used a few times lately and it has helped until today when i had to go pets at home when i asked if i could use there toilet I Was told no.I had to go upstairs to the vet's to ask them no problem but it was too late I did not make it in time.I did have a word with the shop assistant but waist off time”
