“I am glad to find such a community project for those of us who have problems. The "Can't wait" card is just one way of informing the general public that the problem exists, even though it is not being used much during the current pandemic restrictions on movement.”

“Have used the card once so far,at Aberfoyle, David Marshall Lodge,big queue outside ,showed card 2 indoor staff ,they showed me another toilet,,Great ,Thanks Again ..don't be embarrassed!! If uve got 2 go ,,,,,,”

“Only just discovered Bladder& Bowel, A GOD SEND for after getting no help from Social Services 10 years I received my card with in days of applying on line plus lot of information more that I have had from my GP surgery. Thanks you.”

“HI, I received my card a couple of weeks ago but haven't had the chance to use it yet. However, I do love the sense of security it gives me that should I get caught short whilst out and about that I can show the card to the proprietor and be allowed to use the toilet.”

“Excellent! Thank you so much for my invaluable card - much appreciated! I find myself wondering if any formal groups, such as The Bladder and Bowel organisation have looked at the public loo situation in the light of Covid 19? As many of us know, it's a very relevant issue when many of them are closed or bear messages such as - "These toilets may be open, but you are warned that they are not being cleaned" !!”

“Thank you for all the efforts. However I have not found anyone who recognises the card. I have asked at the Dr's surgery (who make everyone stand out side in the elements until called) they don't want any one using the toilet because of CV19. They had no idea what the card was until it was explained and they had read the card. I have also shown others including a 'Consultant' nurse, they didn't recognise it. I would suggest there needs to be far more publicity.”
