“I have recently finished radiotherapy treatment but felt anxious about going out far from home in case I was in need of a toilet. This card has given me confidence that I now have the option of showing my card if I need to use a commercial toilet without the embarrassment of describing my health issue.”

“I think the card is really good, although if the app worked to show you participating stores it would be awesome, also maybe digital card would be good that you could have in your phone on screen wallet might also be a good idea?”

“After receiving the card I got a courtesy call and I now get my prescription of catheters delivered from them. The after service was very good. Polite, courteous, supportive and understanding of my personal care. Thank you.”
