“After receiving the card I got a courtesy call and I now get my prescription of catheters delivered from them. The after service was very good. Polite, courteous, supportive and understanding of my personal care. Thank you.”

“Got the card for my son who is 11, had to use a few times for him as made to queue outside a supermarket even just to use the loo. Xarnt thank you enough for this card. Helps loads esp with him needing to use the disabled toilets aswell.”

“Can't complain about a free card and it has certainly helped. But the advertising needs work. The leaflet that came with card was geared towards the older generation with a photo of an elderly lady on the front. I am a young person with chrons disease. Many people with bladder and bowel conditions are also young. This didn't help with the stigma that already exists that only old people have such issues.”
