“Having this card is helpful as there are not many public toilets in leigh /wigan area this helps when in shops to use their toilets”

“Thank you so much! You wouldn’t believe how much this little card means to me. I have much more confidence going out and about now. And have to say I’m proud of Tesco’s and such places that have installed signs to say ‘ accessible not all disabilities are visible’ I really can’t thank you enough xxx”

“The card arrived within a couple of days which was amazing. The online form was easy to complete even though my bowel condition was not specifically listed as it is relatively uncommon. So far I have not needed to use the card but it does give me reassurance when I am out.”

“Even though I have this card there are still quite a few shops that refuse you to use there toilets, I have accationally had embarrassing moments where I have messed myself because of being refused access to the toilet facilities But on a positive note there are some really nice store owners that will allow you to use there facilities”

“I have only just found your group but am so grateful for the cards you sent. I have not yet had to use them, supermarket has reopened toilets. Not venturing any further yet as my husband has respiratory issues and is still shielding so only go out for essential shopping. Thank you once again”
