“Dear B&B Team, Thankyou for sending me my JCW card in the post which arrived successfully at my home within a short period of time. I think that i need to mention that i was in a major and very popular store recently and asked an assisstant if i could use their public toilet but was told that they were locked/closed due to the corona crisis. I then politely asked if i could use the staff toilet as i had a disability. The assisstant then enquired about this to another colleague and then returned to inform me that it was not possible for me to use the staff toilet. I then produced my JCW card and showed it to the assisstant repeating that i had a disability. The assisstant read the card and then suggested that i try their in-store public toilets. When i replied that she had just informed me that the public toillets were closed, she suggested that i could try them to see if they were open. This i did only to find that they were locked. Disappointed and needing the toilet, i asked for help from an assisstant to show me where the items on my shopping list were so that i could buy what i needed from the store as quickly as possible without having to look for them on my own as this would take a shorter amount of time so that i could get out of the store to find the nearest loo. The ''assisstant'' replied that it was not possible to arrange this for me. Upon this i almost turned around and walked out of the store but decided to do my shopping there for the things i needed and to hold my water for as long as possible. Only a few minutes later i asked another assisstant to help find a particular item which they did without any hesitation. When i had completed my shopping in this store i hurriedly walked around to another large store next door and immediately asked the doorman if i could use their public toilet and there wasn't a problem with this whatsoever to which, as you can appreciate, i was extremely relieved. (no pun intended)”
