“Only had my card for two weeks and needed to go whilst shopping in Matalan they asked if I had a card i told them ýes i went to get it out of my bag they said not to worry and took me to toilet. Very impressed with them and having the card.thank you. S whittaker”

“Most helpful you couldn’t Have been kinder so good to talk to someone who understood me and my needs. Everything went like clock work I got my Card and my key.
