“I have a bladder problem which means I cannot hold my water and quite often I was in an embarrassing situation where I would have to explain my situation and ask at various places mainly restaurants and cafes if I could use their toilet, Bladder and Bowel Community sent me a just can't wait card which I just show to a member of staff at such venues and I never been refused, thanks to the community my life has greatly improved”

“I requested a Just can't wait card as I have a recent diagnosis of bowel incontinence. I am very happy with this as it somewhat relieves my 'toilet anxiety'. I feel confident that if I need further support the Bladder and Bowel Community will be there for me.”

“I am not happy with your service provider at all. I applied for a Cannot Wait plastic card therefore, I filled out and posted the form also, done the payment of £2.95 beginning but I haven't receive any card yet!?”

“I have only recently joined the Bladder & Bowel Comminity but I have already benefitted from the card/app on my phone to access a toilet. I know the Community iis more than just this benefit and I am pleased that I was informed and encourage to join. Thank you”
