“Hi I got my card and I’ve used it a couple of times already. When I’ve shown it in a shop they let me go through and use their bathroom but stopped me on the way out to ask what it was and where had I got it ? I explained and they said it was a great idea and that they would be asking for posters info leaflets so other people knew that they could go in and ask to use the facility”

“Yes thankyou, have received the card. Not really sure how to use it and do all shops understand about it as I would feel very embarrassed about asking somewhere if I could use their toilet to be told No. Could you perhaps please elaborate. Many thanks.”
