“Having my Can't wait card ...gives the the confidence to go out more...as I know I can now use any toilet,and not have to worry whilst I'm out”

“I find the group very friendly and informative. It's the first time I have been able to talk to people who have the same problems as me. Instead of thinking there is only me with my particular complaints, I have found that so many people are the same. I have applied for a blue card well over a week ago and haven't received one yet which seems to be a common problem. I would like to have a card so how do I get one?”

“Received the card quickly after application. Good neat size and simple wording - credit card size. Thankfully, not yet had to use it so unaware of traders response.”

“Contacted bladder and bowel community after prostate surgery. A side effect of which was incontinence. They sent me a radar key and toilet card. Haven't used them yet a still house bound. On my 4 stars as they did not send some complementary items as they promised.”

“Received my Just Cant Wait Card following my consultants suggestion to get one. Its in my bag now and I intend to use it at work when I need to, without having to explain to my supervisor in front of customers my need to go to the toilet.”

“At Present time i feel the card will be good. But i Have not been able to try it out yet. I hope to use it over the Easter Holidays when we go away .So if you ask me after the 26th April i can let you know if i have had any trouble using it”

“It's a good idea, but unfortunately wasn't able to use when needed. I was refused in a shop because of health and safety and was directed to a nearby pub!”

“The application for the 'Just can't wait' card was simple, and the card arrived very promptly. I hope I don't need to use it, but I have had urinary incontinence for over 14 years since radical prostate surgery. The card gives an added security when I'm out and about, and I will keep it handy in my wallet in case it is ever needed.”
