“Hi Tom, following your call. My card arrived, thank you so much. I have a problem with my bowel and stay quite close to home because of it. I have not yet had a chance to use my card but will feel confident doing so in the future. I have a few cards which are the same colour, luckily I keep it separate but a thought for the future may be a colour variation.”

“Great idea for suffering of Association conditions. My only comment would be that some people are looking for advice which I feel may be detrimental. No problem with people airing their concerns etc but I think discussion on medical therapies should be curtailed.”

“Such a helpful idea but I cannot download the App that tells you which shops etc are willing to allow this as I only have an android phone and I think I need an Iphone to download the app. However I will use it where and when possible.”

“I'm sure that the 'Just Can't Wait ' card will be invaluable but I haven't had cause to use it yet, as I've always been near a toilet when I needed one, since obtaining the card. However, I have had to complain to Morrisons recently due to the fact that for approximately 2 years, the Pontefract branch has on several occasions had no toilet paper in any of the four cubicles in the Ladies toilets. Also, more recently there was no paper in the disabled toilet. Customer service tried a few times to get the cleaner to sort out the problem but after 25 minutes of waiting and becoming very desperate, I dashed into the store to purchase tissues. Afterwards I went to the customer service desk and asked for my money back.”

“Don't know too much about the community but the card will be useful when needed. The 'just can't wait' font could be toned down a bit and the word medical given more prominence so as to be more evident to a lavatory attendant/location.”

“Great idea , have still to try my card , do the shops sign up for this or are we depending on their goodwill ? I'd hate to be desperate and then find out that they're not participating.”
