“I am so grateful to receive my 'Just can't wait' card. I had never heard of it, until I went to work at Marks and Spencer. It gives me peace of mind.”

“The card in and of itself is fine; but unless you’re a stoma patient, or all the staff in the UK are trained to recognise the card, you still get denied access to facilities even after showing the card.”

“I have found that the community is very helpful and understanding. I have used my card on a couple of occasions with success of which I am truly thankful. I have even been asked for information regarding the card and the service that the community offers which I was very happy to do and promote this fantastic service.”

“Having ibs is a horrible illness never knowing when it is going to start. When it flares up the pressure on your bowel and bladder is a nightmare. Having to wear incontinence pants is a little embarrassing and costly, were ever we go the route is planned so there is the knowledge of an available toilet. Since having the card my mind is more at ease that if need be I now can ask to use a private toilet. Thank you yours Sincerely J. Glover”

“Haven't had to use the card yet(that's a good thing) so don't know how many shops/cafe know about the card, gives me more confidence when going out now though knowing that I have the card with me,”

“This card seems very good and from the reviews it is a help for people with urgency problems. i like the fact that it is unlikely to deteriorate in use in that it is made of plastic. I haven't had to use it yet ---- time will tell!!”

“I received my special access card for which I than the bladder and bowel community however because my illness is mainly allied to my mental illness and the strongmedication I have to take for it the very strong need to pee means that I still need to wear incontinence pants”
