“I’m pleased to have been introduced to a community of people who share the difficulties we face each day. The just can’t wait card has already been useful and saved me from an embarrassing situation. I do think that it needs better promotion to the wider community though (such as large department stores etc...) Being part of this community has helped me to feel less isolated and more confident in expressing concerns or issues with others.”

“I have not yet used my card but it is a nice feeling knowing I have it with me incase of an emergency as I tend to always be stressed when out about needing to know where the nearest toilet is, I think it is a great idea and on my bad days will be very helpful”

“I am very grateful to the Bladder & Bowel Community for providing me with a Just Can't Wait toilet card. As yet - and fortunately - I have not had the need to use it but it does give me some peace of mind just having it with me.”

“The card came pretty quickly and my son Ebon has yet to use it. We shall be bringing it along with us on holiday in the next 2 weeks, to help him should he need to use a toilet in an emergency, especially when we will be at several theme parks. A great card and useful for anyone who as my son, has special needs and or various learning disabilities/autism.”

“Relatively brief experience, as new member. I find the card a comfort to carry, as it is sometimes difficult to explain to strangers why you need to use their toilet urgently. It helps to set my mind at rest.”

“Received card quickly. I haven't used it yet. But good to know it's there if needed. Four stars as does give map of those places that are known to accept card in order to use there toilet. Also you only get the card not radar key.”

“I heard about the card through where i work in a supermarket from a customer who had a card. I got it for my father who would not go out as he was worried about going to the toilet when needed so this opens lost of opportunities for him”
