“Really pleased with how speedy my card arrived. I haven’t had to use it yet as the shops aren’t open. But what a very useful card I now have in my purse . Definitely worth having it, It’s so nice to be part of a group who understands how difficult it is. I don’t feel like I’m different now. And not to feel ashamed or embarrassed. So THANK YOU .”

“VERY USEFUL WHILE SHOPPING, AS DUE TO COVID RESTICTIONS MANY OF THEM HAVE CLOSED ACCESS TO PUBLIC TOILET FACILITIES, BUT SHOWING OF THE CARD USUALLY RESULT IN BEING ABLE TO USE THE STAFF FACILITIES.”

“The advice on the website is good. It’s a shame that the app doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. It’s supposed to show where available toilets are but it doesn’t so is actually a waste of time apart from having the card on your phone if you haven’t got the actual card on you.”

“A friend recommended the ‘Just can’t wait card’ when we were talking frankly about our ‘moments of desperation.’ I went on the Bladder & Bowel Community website & ordered a free card - it unbelievably arrived within the week ! Not tried using it yet due to the Covid lockdown but I have it ready in my purse. Thank you !”
