“I love the fact your products are fair trade. Your products are beautifully made and the colours are diverse and different to bog standard chain store products. I have several hats and hand warmers and will no doubt be buying more in the future. Many people have complimented me on my latest hand warmers and had not heard of blackyak - they know about you now!”
“Excellent customer service and the knitwear is superbly made. They are really comfortable and look fab. I liked the bobble hat so much I returned and bought another as a present!”
“Bought my first Black Yak hat at a Coolings garden center and have never found a better hat. The quality is fantastic but the best feature for me is the fleece lining that stops that itchy feeling making them so comfortable to wear. Love my latest purchases.”
“Black Yak understand the concept AND practice customer service. They listen to what the customer is looking for (rather than trying tell the customer s/he can only have what's on the rail). They also go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. The outcome of high quality customer service is usually repeat custom.”
