“Absolutely wonderful - gorgeous products that were perfect for a snowy winter trip to Norway, and lightning fast despatch and delivery. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to everyone! My only comment would be that I asked a question in the comments field of my order which didnt appear to be acknowledged - but it was concerning delivery time and it came super fast so I was still happy.”
“Having never ordered from Black Yak before, I was 100% satisfied with the standard of the products ordered and the rapid delivery. The quality is outstanding compared to the very reasonable price. I will definitely buy again from Black Yak again and have recommended the store to several friends.”
“I'd been searching for a striped beanie for ages. Very happy with my Black Yak one, it's really warm and the fleecy headband stops the wool making my forehead itch. Love the fact they are fair trade too. I've already recommended these fab hats to a friend.”
“The mittens we bought as a gift are very nice indeed.Black Yak had notified me(luckily)that they were dispatching them and I noticed the wrong address.I emailed them and they were most apologetic and put things right straight away.Excellent customer service.”
“I have been wearing many items of clothing from the company for many years. I have found the clothing to be good value for money, together with a character feeling with the designs.
The shirts last well, wash easily in cool water and the buttons even stay on !”
“Easy to use website, great service, item packaged well and most importantly the items I ordered (wristwarmers) were great quality, very well made and most importantly kept the hands and wrists extremely warm. Would highly recommend!”
