“Not as warm and satisfying as my tenyear old sweaters made of yak wool. If you use sheep's wool a much heavier knit is required. Your market base will not allow you to compete in the barbour/m&s world and you lose all the integrity of your brand name by not using yak wool.”

The Black Yak person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful and totally trusting as I was sent by first class mail four more hats, (all different colours), plus a prepaid returns envelope, for me to choose one I liked - went for bright rainbow which is warm and very comfortable. A lovely handwritten nor included - see attached photo. I then posted back the four unwanted hats including the original order as requested and I hope this has arrived safely back in Middleton on the Wolds.
