“Beautifully knitted, warm, comfortable and oh so pretty. Delivered quickly. I have another pair of Black Yak gloves that I bought about 8 years ago and they are still going strong. Thank you.”
“In spite of the soft lining, the wool used for the woollen hat is way too scratchy around the forehead and ears. I’ll send it back for a refund and doubt I’ll ever use Black Uak again.”
“Good communication, fair price and nice product. Seem a very ethical and pleasant company to do business with. Wish more companies had their approach to sustainability and fair trade.
Highly recommended.”
“Love Black Yak. Spoke to a LOVELY lady with a question after I ordered online, and had a laugh. Very refreshing. Sons a climber and gets Black Yak at Christmas so keep knitting!”
“I was surprised at just how lovely the mittens were that I purchased, beautifully knitted and finished. I hadn't realised that Black Yak were a Fairtrade company which made the purchase so much better. Thank you for great customer service, integrity and a great product.”
“Really good service, we were in touch with Black Yak before purchase as I had questions about sizing. The replies were very timely and useful, with reassurance that we could return any item that 'didn't fit'. Would use this company again, although the jacket is such good quality it will last a lifetime.”
