“I have been wearing Black Yak sweaters and other items for about 25 years. That speaks for itself regarding price and quality (as well as the ethical matters). I now live in France and have to rely on post. This was my first order and it was dealt with quickly, efficiently and with care. I love my jumper. A bientôt.”
“The gloves are a Xmas present so I can’t comment on the product other than to say the quality looks great.
Delivery was slightly delayed , it was unimportant on this occasion, but I was kept informed and this was appreciated.
A good experience all round.”
“I ordered a hat from Black Yak which is fabulous. Just as described and lovely colours. The hat was a little late in being dispatched but Black Yak kept me upto date regarding delivery times. I would definitely buy from them again.”
“I ordered a pair of mittens for my 81 year old mum. They are beautifully made in red wool, lined with soft fleece. She will love them and I’m so pleased I came across your company on the internet!”
“Been buying from Black Yak at York for years but have bought a number of items online recently. Items have arrived within a few days of ordering and are well packaged. Happy customer!”
“I ordered the wrong size and emailed black yak on the Sunday morning and the young lady emailed me straight back and amended my order very helpful and order was delivered in a couple of days”
