I placed my order with no real hope of my item arriving in time for Christmas due to overseas shipping. On top of that I made a mistake on the online order form. I immediately emailed and followed up with a phone call. The customer service was quick and responsive. The issue was fixed with no problem. Before shipping my item they contacted me to double check the sizing. And to my surprise, the item arrived about 10 days later in plenty of time for Christmas! I love this company!
