Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“I've an extremely anxious dog. My vet recommended pills. I checked on the Internet and found them on Direct4Pet. Order was simple, and my issue was dispatched the next day.”

“Using and navigating the website to find the products I wanted was easy as was the ordering process. Delivery was quick and I received regular updates regarding the progress of my orders. All in all, very happy with the company and the service provided. The only minor glitch was the courier - they didn't provide regular updates on delivery and couldn't even advise whether delivery would be am or pm. Shame.”

“This website promises immediate delivery or order receipt or a maximum of 3 days at most, 6 days have passed and the order was just confirmed as dispatched...so there is a very poor service indeed, my cat could have died in this time without the urgent medicine she needed, I would not wish the week I had on anyone, I have struggled because these people are supposed to dispense medicine promptlybut deliver empty promises, I regret to have used this site...never again will I risk my pet's life this way...blacklisted in my book”
