“The website, price and speed of delivery was great and will recommend. However, I was not impressed with the actual delivery from Amazon, I was home but the driver did not knock on the door, instead he placed the large box in front of the door so I could not open it without pushing the parcel with the door. No thought, consideration or manners from the driver.”

“Black Cat Medicines has friendly and prompt customer service. Products are good quality and in stock and delivery is quick and efficient. Very happy with the multiple orders I've placed.”

Helpful Report

“As usual, Black Cat Medicines delivered a good quality promptly. Downside was that the packaging was all crumpled, the box containing the medication and syringe wascrushed and open at both end such that the comtents were all loose in the bag. The medicine was, thankfully, undamaged but could have leaked into the bag. Trying to ram it through a standard domestic letterbox was never going to work!”

“Ordered some raspberry leaf tablets for my dog using the amazon next day delivery because we’d ran out. Expected them to come the next day.. 2 days later they arrived. She had to miss two days of these tablets so we are not happy at all and will not use direct4pet ever again.”
