“It was horrendous. I'm leaving a review before even receiving the items because the experinece was so bad. Your force customers to create an account in order for them to check out and the beforw they can check out your bombard them with pages upon pages of add of your discounted item. I was forced to view 10 pages before I could finally check out. Horrendous, cheeky, and damn right shocking.”

Helpful Report

“It was really simple to find the dry cat food I needed and very quick to order using Apple Pay. The lead time from placing the order to dispatch was also pretty impressive. Competitively priced too. First time I’ve used this website and not at all disappointed .”

“Very Very good service”

“Appalling! Charged my credit card without my permission and despite multiple attempts since the 28th of December. It's impossible to speak to anyone as the phone line doesn't connect and just receive the same generic message thanking me for my order which I have tried to cancel for over 1 week, it's now apparently been sent to an address I no longer live at and "taken by a neighbour". Will never ever use or recommend this company to anyone! SHOCKING!!!”
