Because we have wonderful customers who genuinely love their BIBO and like to shout about it! We think it’s fab! This is a third party review site and we are unable to write reviews on behalf of our customers.

“We have had the unit running for a week, so far so good, quite a nice little unit. The software is ealy to navigate, should you decide to utilise the power saving options. No more waiting for kettles to boil or reordering water for our machine. All in all very pleased”

“Filter worked fine for 18 months . One person user . Fitted new filter at cost of £95 not worked since . Offering a charge of £75 for an engineers visit with no guarantees it could be repaired . Very disappointed customer”

Hi there, thank you for your message and sorry to hear you are disappointed. Our filter pack delivery service is £79.50/year for a full years supply of filters, not just one. :) If you have found that your filter has caused an issue with your machine then we will always send out a replacement filter to you free of charge. If you can get in touch to advise us of your details, we can get your BIBO up and running for you! :)

“Service impeccable but customer service sadly lacking. I was on point of ordering a new Bibo, fully expecting the callout charge to be cancelled. However, this was denied. After being a customer for 6 years I have now cancelled. Please forward this to the M.D. of Bibo.”

Hi Jane, I am sorry to hear that you didn't take us up on our offer of a new BIBO with a high loyalty discount. We are unable to refund call out charges due to their high operating cost, however we are pleased that your BIBO is repaired, back up and running and you can continue to enjoy your filtered water! We always strive to ensure that our prices offer as best value to our customers and are sensible and competitive to the industry. 😊

“Loved it at first but after nine months started problems - the end conclusion is do not have Bibo mains water going through a Combimate - if only we had known that from the start things might have been different but it was not until lots of flooding episodes and several visits from the engineer that the problem was identified. The normal tank descaling does not help so we are uninstalling Bibo today. Memorial service next week.”

Thank you for your feedback, Stephanie. We have many customers who have successfully connected their BIBO to the popular ion exchange softening system which removes the calcium & magnesium from the water completely & alleviates the need to clean the BIBO hot tank. The COMBIMATE system doesn’t remove the hardness but attempts to stop scale forming by dosing the water with polyphosphate. This results in the build-up ‘loose’ scale particles in the BIBO hot tank which are more difficult to remove even with regular cleaning. Connecting the BIBO to an untreated water supply & cleaning the tank regularly would be the best solution. Please do get in touch with us if you'd like us to come out and re-install your BIBO! :)
