“Frpom the sample I recieved, the colours are weak, they look a bit faded. I am worried about the quality. Would it last long?”

Hi Carol, The free sample you asked for is the Sintra 92. As per the product page this design replicates the old Portugese ceramic tiles. The 'weak' and 'faded' colours are part of the distressed appearance. It has a felt backing and 20db acoustic insulation, is water resistant and comes with a 15 year residential guarantee. You will struggle to find a better quality cushioned sheet vinyl. I'm sorry you chose to post a negative review instead of ringing or emailing to seek clarification. Kind regards, Best4flooring

“Quick, accurate and the best price that I could find. The delivery men might have been ever so slightly rough, with the click corner of one pack a little bit chipped, but not the surface of the board, and that end can go under the skirting board. Overall, very happy.”

Hey Kyle, thanks for taking the time to post a review. Really sorry about the chipped corner but glad it didn't cause major issues for you. Can I also say how much I appreciate that you still gave us 5 stars despite the damage. Very kind of you. Have a great week!

“I was not happy you mentioned the product is water proof when I used it the material of the product when water spell on it the colours gone bleached this is my first experience and was not good”

Hi Duja, Ocean Painted Wood is a water resistant flooring which has been installed in countless bathrooms. It does not 'bleach' from a simple water spill. Please will you get in touch with our customer service team with photos and description of exactly what happened so we can advise further? Many thanks, Best4flooring

“I was looking for bathroom vinyl and found one I really liked but wasn’t entirely sure what the colour would look like against my walls, so I ordered a sample. It arrived promptly and I was really happy with the colour so ordered the vinyl online. It arrived next day and I was given a tracking number to check the delivery details. It looks great. Would highly recommend.”

“Very helpful, good products. Good service. Website could do was some clarification on the suitability of listed accessories for the laminate brands.”

Helpful Report

Hi Stephen, Great feedback! Floor product pages have a tab listing suitable accessories but I can see there are quite a lot of laminate flooring products that do not show all possibilities. Huge thanks for pointing this out - we're getting onto it. Best regards, Kay
