“We ordered a sample of flooring that interested us and it came promptly. We like the colour and the pattern and it goes well with our kitchen units. Before we decide to order, we want to find out how reslient it would be in a kitchen, re dropped pot lids, spills and so on.”

“I received a sample, was really pleased with it and ready to place my order, all in 3 days. Went to place my order, only to discover that the flooring had risen in price to £14.99 per m2 (from £12.99) I am really disappointed.”

“This is my go to for flooring. Excellent company and send out samples. I would highly recommend them. Unfortunately a friend didn't wait for the sample to arrive and is now disappointed with his choice from a well known DIY store.”

“I had problems ordering and contacted your support team where I spoke to Michelle. She is a great asset to your team, professional, friendly and so patient. We managed to find out what I was doing wrong so that I could finally place my order. The flooring was delivered very quickly and the driver was great and made sure that the roll was safely tucked away. My fitter couldn't do the work for about a week and when he unrolled the vinyl found that there were significant marks down one side. Fortunately the fitter managed to hide the marks under some fittings. The vinyl itself is good quality and a great deal for the price. But those marks must have been visible when it was being packaged. The staff I have dealt with have been marvellous but you need to look at your quality control systems”

“With so many lovely designs and colours we struggled to make our choice but the samples we ordered arrived quickly and were a really decent size so it made choosing easier. Our final choice again arrived promptly and after unrolling it everything is absolutely perfect. Can't wait to have it fitted now! Thank you for such a good service.”

“Website easy to navigate and order, tools all on hand to use to calculate costs. Delivery information clear (only reason lost a star is it was 1 day late) but this may well have been down to the delivery company.
