“Product is fantastic asked for samples came very quickly pity you don't hold 4mtr wide vinyl could of had plenty of orders but cant fault quality”

Thanks for your feedback Mark. Holding 4m width rolls in our warehouse isn't the problem it's the delivery (reliability, risk, cost, etc) It's frustrating but we are finding a way and we will eventually sell 4m widths online.

“To be fair, the service was as expected, delivered as advised. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong colour which meant the inconvenience of returning(it was very heavy). Collection was as advised.”

“A real pleasure doing business with Emma and Rhianon, sent an email, they responded and I placed an order, then guess what happened, I recieved the goods all to specification exactly when they said that they would. Fantastic feel good service, have bought the floors for 6 flats and will buy the next 12 from them, a top supplier”

“the vinyl flooring sheet we ordered was perfect for what we wanted. we have had vinyl tiles down in the kitchen in the past and they just would not stay stuck down where the heat of the sun lifted it up in places.the vinyl sheet we found we could bend it any way you wanted and it would not split.”

“Product was good but was abit dissapointed that I was told if I wanted to return my original order I’d have to pay for currier cost which would be similar amount to what I paid for the item. After ordering more I am now stuck with a whole roll of vinyl I can’t do much with.”

Sorry you are disappointed that we dont pay for customers to return flooring they ordered incorrectly. Your flooring was cut to order but we still agreed to accept a return which we cannot re-sell at full price. We are also taking a hit on the original outgoing delivery costs. Everything considered, your negative rating is pretty unfair.

“Looking for replacement flooring for motorhome. Easy to follow website and request for 3 samples delivered in timely fashion. Unfortunately, when I had chosen the vinyl flooring I preferred it was only available in 2m rather than 3m width, so ended up chosing same range but different design. Now awaiting delivery which should be next week, therefore details below relate to delivery of samples.”
