“My first roll of Lino arrived pierced in one place but all the way through the roll, causing 6 holes and making the Lino unusable, I called and emailed photos and they had new Lino dispatched and arriving with me within two days. This time it was perfect. Thank you.”

“Only ordered free samples but was very happy with the quick response and how quickly I received the samples. I should have ordered larger samples at £10 each because samples sent were not big enough to get an idea of what flooring would look like”

Hi Wendy, thanks for your feedback. If there is still time please feel free to request samples again and add the supersize option - this is per order not per sample and you can also get that discounted when you place your flooring order.

Hi Laura, Thanks for the feedback. We wanted to pick up on the reason for 'not 5 stars'. We sell quite a large range of sheet vinyl and the quality varies. However the spec can be viewed on the product pages and you did select samples from the budget ranges. If you are basing quality on thickness, your samples are some of the thinnest we sell at 2.6mm and 2.8mm. There are thicker vinyls such as Atlas (3.8mm), Tangier (3mm thick) and our new collection called Georgian is 3mm thick with 3 of the designs being felt backed (meaning you can install over existing floors which you cannot do with the usual foam backed products). Please check the product spec and make use of our 'compare' tool - this can help you determine quality. You can also speak to our sales team who would be happy to advise. Kind regards, Best4flooring

“Laminate flooring was duly ordered after receiving some advice from your office. It arrived exactly on time and was carefully packaged on a pallett. There was no damage and the said flooring is now laid and looks beautiful. A first class service was provided by Best4Flooring and, on the basis of my dealings with this company, I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Flooring great, Best4Flooring good company. TNT delivery company terrible. Packaging and glue damaged. Waited in for two days for delivery despite TNT saying they would deliver. No apologies just didn't turn up. Came third day, we were at work so they took it away. Finally delivered on 4th day, after second phone call, still with no apology from TNT. Best4Flooring, please consider changing your delivery company.”

“This company was helpful throughout the process, when it was evident that I needed fast action to receive more samples they came very quickly. Now I have a great new kitchen floor with the materials arriving the next day after buying them. Emma was also very helpful with some other things too. Please take note that my first sample did take five days to arrive so let the company know in advance if you need them sooner, otherwise you may be waiting...”
