“Ordered a piece of bathroom vinyl, I was sent a piece over 10cm too short, didn't realise this until the fitter had come to fit! They did immediately send a replacement which arrived a few days later, just disappointing that the initial order was incorrect. The flooring itself was nice, however it did differ in colour from the photos.”
