“Not happy with how the flooring was measured out by you for delivery. We clearly ordered a 4 mtr wide roll by 2.5 length, you delivered a 2.5mtr width by 4 mtr length. This flooring has a herring bone pattern which we wanted to run in a certain direction, hence ordering the 4 mtr wide roll, NOT the other way around which you cut it ! Cutting the other way round alters the direction of pattern ? When I contacted your customer services the reason given for cutting it the wrong way around was "to make transport & delivery easier" ! We paid for a 4mtr wide roll by 2.5 mtr length, this ensured we could run the pattern in the direct we required, we also paid for the delivery of a 4 mtr width roll, NOT a 2.5mtr width roll. Therefor you should cut the roll as the customer has required on their order. Forget how its easier to deliver. DONT offer the option of a 4 mtr wide roll if you are going to spin the width & length around without informing the customer. Thats like selling a customer floral wallpaper with flowers growing upwards, but then expecting the customer to hang the wallpaper horizontal instead of vertical because it helps with delivery ! Flowers DONT grow side ways, even if it was easier to deliver !!!”

Good morning, We only supply in widths of 2m, 3m and 4m. Your order was supplied as a 4m width and a 2.5m length. When wrapped, it is flipped round to be rolled the shorter way to ease transit, but the original cut made and the way the pattern runs does not change. To confirm, all wood and parquet designs have the pattern run down the length of the roll as specified on the specification. If you required the pattern to run across the width, a 3m wide x 4m length should have been ordered.
