“Sample came really quick but like all other companies it’s very difficult to see the flooring as the sample is so small , these really need to be bigger Quality and thickness was good”

Our sheet vinyl samples are A4 in size, which is actually larger than many others on the market. These are cut by machine to a set size, so unfortunately we’re unable to change this — but we understand how helpful a larger sample can be and appreciate your comments. “The flooring is excellent,bit pricey per pack, arrived on time. Delivery cost too high. Also I was not happy with the delivery driver, knocked the door and got me to unload it from van and carry it to my property. Not exceptable. Especially for delivery cost”

We're sorry to hear you felt the flooring was expensive. We strive to offer great value, and in this case, the product was reduced from £32.99 to £24.99 per sqm, with an additional 5% discount applied following your sample order. We believe this represents strong value for the quality provided, We’re sorry to hear that the delivery service did not meet your expectations. As per the terms and conditions the delivery is a kerb side service and due to insurance reasons unable to enter you property however the courier should unload the flooring off the van themselves this is certainly not the normal level of service received from the courier and this will be escalated with them. We also understand your concern about delivery charges. These are set by the courier and start from £14.95, depending on order size and delivery service. However if you are not happy with the delivery cost customers are always welcome to use their own courier if preferred. Kindest Regards Best4Flooring

“Wow this flooring is really something I love it it's my first time doing flooring I'm 25 I found the flooring to be excellent material!!!! I can not fault the flooring or pricing many thanks and my room is an extension so it's usually freezing but my room actually feels warmer to since putting the flooring in its magnificent!!”
