Hi Michael Thank you for your feedback! Vinyl can feel softer and more delicate before it’s fully installed, which can make it easier to tear if handled roughly. Once it’s properly laid and secured, it becomes much more stable and durable underfoot. We’re glad to hear you found the product nice overall and hope you continue to enjoy your flooring! “Ordered samples which arrived promptly. Then decided on my choice. Easy to order and kept updated re delivery. Delivery was faultless. Two days later we laid the flooring ourselves, easy to cut and measure vinyl. Made our galley kitchen look like new. Absolutely, thrilled with result. A good price, great selection and fast delivery.”

“Lovely flooring quick delivery and easy to lay ,but would have liked help with getting it into house im a 81 year old lady and delivery driver left it outside front gate and wouldnt move it !”
