“The samples provided by the company were very useful, though they did establish that the colours were not what we wanted. The fashion for grey seems to have extended into greens unfortunately.”

Hi Shadeka i am sorry to hear that you felt the flooring ripped easily Sheet vinyl is designed to be , flexible, and lightweight so it can be rolled, transported, and cut on site. That same flexibility means it doesn’t have much structural reinforcement when it’s loose. The vinyl become more stable once properly installed,so careful handling is important during layout and fitting. “Ordered samples. Request for a review of their service arrived before the samples. Still waiting for the samples to arrive so unable to give a review of products ordered as they haven't arrived yet, a week after ordering. Shame.”

Hi Annie Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the delay you’ve experienced. We understand how frustrating it is to be asked for a review before your samples have arrived, and we apologise for the timing of that request. We also regret that your order has not yet reached you within the expected timeframe. Samples sent via Royal Mail, and normally delivery only takes a couple of days. However, delays can occasionally occur. The tracking details provided by Royal Mail update to show when samples have been delivered. Since they are not showing as delivered in your case, it is possible they have been lost in the postal system. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. “We were very happy with the vinyl flooring and price. The company should choose a different delivery firm instead of UPS, who are terrible. Our order sat in Tamworth depot for days on end. We ordered on the 29th March and it arrived on the 7th April.”
