Good Morning Claire I am sorry to hear that you have not received your samples. They were sent via Royal Mail, and normally delivery only takes a couple of days. However, delays can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, the tracking details provided by Royal Mail only update to show that the samples have been delivered. Since they are not showing as delivered in your case, it is possible they have been lost in the postal system. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. “Flooring I bought. Damage isn’t easy to photo on patterned side, however the indentations are clear on the underside through the pattern plus the gouge and full tear on the packaging matches. This damage happened in transit because the roll isn’t protected enough. I’d have rolled it pattern inside and a layer of cardboard or end of line vinyl. The flooring itself is fab but the stress and disappoint and rubbish communication has put me off. As a landlord I would have bought far more but no not after the DX experience.”

“The lino I purchased was superb quality for the price I paid. The only problem was it didn’t arrive at the depot in time for it to be dispatched on time to me, meaning my delivery date from DX was put back into the following week. I was on a tight time schedule so to miss the delivery date was catastrophic. However, after contacting DX I was able to pick the Lino up from the DX depot myself. If it hadn’t been for that hiccup, I would be giving a 5 star review.”

“I asked for 2 samples from the company . They dispatched them , I know because they asked what I had thought of the samples but they hadn't arrived . Due to delays in receiving post and parcels at my address I had to forgo the wait and instead go to a flooring shop near to my home address as I could afford to hold up the project for lack of flooring . I have no issue with this company . They sent the samples and delivery let them down . The samples were very nice and of good quality material .”
