“I was generally happy was the service, however my order was not all received on the day agreed due to part of my order being sent out on the wrong delivery. I had to chase a new delivery date, was advised the next day but did not receive again. 2nd call was advised would be the following day in the am, which did turn up just in time for the flooring to be laid.”
