“The samples came really quick. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it says on your website that you can recommend fitters in my area. When I called they were not able to do this and just said I could look on check a trade.”

Hi Linda, Sorry to hear that your free samples have not been delivered but thank you for bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately it seems that your samples have been lost in the post by Royal Mail so I can only apologise that this occurred.
