Hi Robert, Sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your order but I'd like to thank you for bringing this to my attention. I can only apologise that TNT delivered your item a day late and that the spray adhesives had gone missing in transit. I have raised this issue with our TNT representative as offering next day delivery is a key part of our business model and it reflects negatively on ourselves when our couriers are unable to successfully deliver the service they are offering. As a company, we do appreciate customers feedback and aim to work on our faults to offer a better service and therefore hope that this experience will not deter you from using Best4flooring in the future.
