“Downs: My parcel arrived one day late and was incomplete! I am still waiting for the second item to arrive so I can install the vinyl. Ups: customer service replied very quickly when I notified that my delivery was incomplete and dispatched a replacement on standard delivery without extra costs to me.”

“Pretty quick delivery of samples and great that they are free but quite small so difficult to tell how they would look. Particularly with the bigger patterns.”
