Hi Cliff, Thank you very much for taking the time to gives us your feedback. We really do appreciate your comments about the curbside delivery and I can only apologise that you had to carry the flooring into your home. Due to insurance purposes our couriers will only deliver curbside so we do make a pleasant note in our terms and conditions about this and recommend that if you are unable to carry your order, it maybe worthwhile having someone there to help take the goods inside. “Excellent product which was sent via TNT unfortunately the carrier delayed delivery but that was not the fault of Best4flooring. Price and delivery was excellent and I would definitely order flooring from them again.”

“I picked out my vinyl flooring one day on a Thursday afternoon, ordered it at around 3pm and it was delivered the next day ! Unbelievable, excellent service, and the flooring looks gorgeous. It’s not been fitted as yet, but I know it will be just what I was looking for.”
