“Floor is great but I paid extra for next day delivery and waited all day for it, for it to arrive a day later - while I was at work and not allowing time for it to lay flat before scheduled fitting.”

“I ordered 2 samples of flooring which arrived for free in 3 days. Chose one and ordered some for the bathroom which arrived in 4 days. Just brilliant service , quality and price. Even the fitter was impressed and asked where I bought it from.”

“I have still not received my order. You use UPS and they have let us down every day for a week. They reflect very badly on your operation and I will not be using you again.”

Good Afternoon Susan Thank you for sharing your comments We received a call into our sales office today which is the first time we have been notified of any delivery issues. Following your enquiry we contacted the courier on your behalf who confirmed that the order was out for delivery today. After checking the tracking details its shows that the order has been delivered. Kind Regards Best4Flooring

“Product great. Good value. Delivery poor. I emailed to advise on the restricted access to my property and the specific van not to use. Not sure where the fault lay but the delivery company used the wrong sized van and hence failed to deliver. I spent 3 hours on phone calls sorting it out and had to wait until the next day for the delivery in a smaller van. A needless waste of time all round.”
