“Poor product which broke up after just a few weeks. Been trying to get a refund for nine months. Rarely respond to emails and if they do, it's just to say they'll chase up supplier. They never answer their phone and we are left with a mess of a floor which cost us over £1000 plus fitting. We cannot afford to get it replaced.”

“Great product, though the colouring was bluer in the pictures when in reality it's predominantly grey. Still like it though. Fast delivery and updated throughout.”

Hi Lindsay, All samples are sent out with Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 working days. If you have still not received them, please can you let our sales team know via the contact form on the website so that we can issue a replacement?

“Haven’t put flooring down yet but seems good quality so happy with it. But if you keep using DX as the delivery service you’re going to lose customers, I was going to buy Lino for the kitchen too from your company but will be going elsewhere now so that I don’t have to deal with DX again. Paid for quicker delivery and it took a week with a lot of being messed around so not happy”
