“Ordered a Vinyl and some double sided tape. The Vinyl arrived with a tear in it & never received the tape!”

If you could email enquiries@best4flooring.co.uk , they will get this resolved swiftly for you. With regards to the double sided tape, please check down the centre of the roll, we place the tape here to protect it in transit.

“I ordered a sample of Massimo Oak LVT. What arrived was a very different colour to the pictures on your site. Spent hours on the phone to try to talk to someone about this but nobody answered sadly. Mike”

“So far I have had three deliveries and will continue to use the company to floor the rest of the house! One roll of vinyl arrived damaged from transit and the customer service I received was excellent. Just provided some photos and a new roll was arranged for delivery the next working day! Very responsive customer service and very affordable prices. I recommend this company and have full confidence in using them going forward.”

“How disappointing. I waited in all day for my delivery of 2 rolls of Vinyl flooring. When they arrived one roll had 3 holes in the plastic wrapping which had gone through and damaged it, I've added 3 photos. Hope they will sort it out and send me a replacement . The other roll looks ok. I must say that the quality of it is good and thickness,so im pleased about that. I would recommend it and buy again for my other rooms.”
