“Items sent out speedily and well packaged. My only complaint was that the vinyls were textured despite the listing showing otherwise therefore doesn't earn 5 stars. Would recommend obtaining a sample if this is a concern. Other than that service was good.”

“Delayed order confirmation due to non adaptive inventory ordering system. No one called but sent email which I didn’t see. Did not feel like a valued customer when made an enquiry. Worst delivery method and collectively uncustomary. I am happy with the product but worst transaction experience.”

I can see that your order confirmation was sent via email within 2 minutes of your ordering. Good Afternoon Peter I can see our sales office were contacted regarding this matter on the 4th July. We work very hard to ensure that your floor arrives safely on the date you request, but this is not guaranteed due to elements outside our control. Therefore, we strongly advise that you await for safe delivery before confirming installation dates with tradespeople. I can see from the information that the order was delivered the next day and the sales office refunded the express delivery charge.
