“Flooring roll delivered already bent and creased. However customer services were excellent and very prompt to respond to email. Replacement flooring sent next day delivery. Very impressed with the customer service so would recommend this company.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for bringing this issue to my attention. I can only apologise that your vinyl arrived in this condition as our warehouse staff are advised to package all 3m wide rolls with cardboard tubes to prevent the sheet vinyl from creasing in this manner. We are always working on better ways to package our items so that they arrive at our customers properties in the best condition possible, so your feedback on the outside packaging is greatly appreciated. “I ordered some extra large vinyl flooring samples which arrived in good time. I found designs on the website that I couldn't find anywhere else and I will definitely be ordering flooring for my bathroom and hallway soon.”
