“Web site good but I was looking for white imitation floor Boards sheeting but although I went to white section they were all greyish.i got a sample but it was grey”

Hi Janet, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can only apologise that the sample was not what you were looking for but we do appreciate your comments and will try to make this clearer on our website in future. The Frosted Oak comes under our 'white' and 'grey' colour options due to it being a mix of tones and can be subjective. Due to this, we do offer free samples so customers can view the products in person and i'm glad that you took advantage of this service but regret that it was not what you were looking for. “I ordered some samples of vinyl flooring I liked. They are currently being viewed from different positions on the floor. They were dispatched by Best4flooring almost immediately and arrived within 36 hours. Very impressive for something that was free. I will be ordering as soon as we are ready.”
