“I would just like to compliment your company on the excellent service. I ordered my vinyl flooring two weeks ago and it was delivered the next day. It is now in my porch, I am so pleased with the quality and pattern, it looks so good that people are giving compliments and want to know where it was purchased. I am sure that you will get more orders. Thankyou.”

“I ordered a couple of samples but they were so small that they were pointless and did nothing in way of giving an idea of how the flooring would look. They weren't even one complete pattern.”

Hello Jacqui, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your free sample order. The 'Edward' and 'Forget Me Not' samples you have ordered are cut at 22cm x 30cm to give a better interpretation of the design so it is disappointing to hear that the samples were not to your satisfaction. We have taken your comments on board and we will look into ways to improve our free sample service. Kind Regards, Best4flooring
