“Delivery was on the day stated but no time slot was given. There were several small tears in the long edges of the sheet but I was able to work round them when cutting the sheet to fit.”

Hi James, Thank you for taking the time to review your order. I can only apologise that your vinyl arrived with some damages. We are constantly working on better ways to package our goods to prevent this from happening, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. In regards to the timed delivery slot, although TNT will endeavour to deliver orders on the date chosen by our customers, sadly at the moment in time they do not offer a timed delivery slot service. I totally understand that this can be frustrating and I have been assured that this is something TNT will be putting into place in the very near future. I'm sorry that on this occasion you were not notified of a more definitive time slot but i am glad to hear that the vinyl arrived on the day you had chosen. “Delivered on time. Packaging of the parcel could be better. Two bottles of floor cleaner taped so tightly together that the instructions peel off when taken apart!”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback. I really do appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention as our warehouse staff should not be packaging the cleaners in this manner.
